Established in 1967, Felton Machine Company began as a job shop, focused on repair and one-off replacement for the rich array in the Niagara Falls, NY area and the manufacturers north of Buffalo. Experiencing steady growth through the 70's, 80's and 90's, the company also began to expand it's offering. The mid 1990s saw our first foray into CNC machining, as well as the first stages of development in our Enhanced Tube manufacturing process. As a "Full Service" machine shop, offering CNC and Conventional machining, Welding, and Tube corrugating, we were able to serve manufacturers in virtually any industry.
By the early 2000s we had greatly expanded our CNC capacity and our workforce. While keeping a sizable footprint in the Industrial machining business, our focus shifted to "parts making". Forming relationships with many OEM businesses, we specialized in short to medium run manufacturing of precision components that our customers ordered for re-sale.
It was also at the turn of the Millenia that we custom built our proprietary tube corrugating machine, which was substantially more efficient than our prior methods. A few years later, we purchased an additional corrugated tube production line from a tubing supplier
With much of the industrial customer base in Western New York having left, and the difficulty finding skilled machinist, a decision was made in early 2026 to downsize, and focus on what we do best. With over 30 years experience producing surface enhanced, corrugated tubing, and product with a proven track record, we aim to be a reliable partner to manufacturers in the heat transfer industry nation wide.
